Ready to Take Off: A Jet Airways plane gets ready for take off. The Indian Aviation Industry is in its best period as it sees more and more new airlines entering into the Aviation Sector. Most of thes new airlines are meant to be low-cost carriers.


Spicing Up the Air: SpiceJet is a new entrant in the India aviation industry along with likes of KingFisher Airways and soon to be launched Paramount Airways. Its currently the cheapest airline offering flights to select destinations. SpiceJet operates from a fleet of new generation Boeing 737-800 aircrafts.


BoomTimeRap: At the recently held air show at Paris, Indian Airline Companies sought orders for 250 aircrafts shooting India's share of the global aircraft market beyond 50 per cent.

Mumbai Darshan: An aerial view of the city of Mumbai. This picture was a little difficult to take cause the plane had just taken off and due to the gravitional pressure I just couldn't keep my head straight and eyes fixed, none the less it came well. My guess is that this should be South Mumbai.
